Hope Creamery
Located in Hope, Minnesota, this creamery (operating since the 1900's) produces our organic butters, cream and milk. They have had the same butter maker on staff since 1965 and he makes, wraps and boxes every pound of it by hand! We use the unsalted butter in our brioche, muffins and scones. The salted butter is fantastic with a Rustica baguette.
Amish Chicken
Our whole, roast chickens come from Kadejan (Kate-dee-jan) Farms, a free-range facility in Glenwood, Minnesota. The chickens are raised an processed without the use of antibiotics, growth hormones or animal by-products. The chickens are fed a whole-grain diet and when weather permits, they scavenge for tasty bugs, which makes them happy chickens.
Much of our produce comes from members of the Food Alliance Midwest.
Some of these farmers are:

Pepin Heights in Lake City, Minnesota (fresh ciders and apples)
