Please Read Before Placing your Order

OUT OF STATE SHIPPING ADVISORY: Right now, Minneapolis is experiencing typical winter weather- this means BELOW FREEZING CONDITIONS for the next few months.  All orders containing WINE placed with us at this time must be held in our warehouse (depending on temperature and wind chill conditions) or shipped NO LESS than UPS 2 DAY AIR.
If you select Ground Shipping, we will contact via email you to discuss alternative methods. Please read UPS standards for shipping below before continuing with your order.

Billing Address: Billing address must be the address your credit card bill is mailed to. Failure to have the appropriate address will cause a delay in your order being processed.  

All in-state orders (pick up or delivery, not including classes or gift cards) have a $7.50 handling/processing charge. 

In-Store Pick Up: Turn around time is a minimum of 48 hours from when you place your order.  Select Store-Pickup on the "Payment" Page of checkout for this option.
*Store Pick Up will be the only delivery option for orders under $100.*  If your order is $100 or less, it will DEFAULT your order to Store Pickup.  When your order is ready for pick up, see a store supervisor.

Classes ordered online do not have a physical ticket.  It is 'will-call' the night of the event.  Please refer to "Event Terms Policy" on the individual class page. 

Gift Cards: Gift cards are not charged shipping or handling.  There is no minimum amount for gift cards to be sent. They will be mailed out via USPS within 24 hours Monday-Friday, on the following Monday when ordered on the weekend.  If you would like to include a note with your gift card or have special instructions for sending, add those to the "Special Instructions" comment section of check out or contact us at weborders@surdyks.com and we can accommodate.

Surdyk's Delivery: Turn around time is a minimum of 48 hours from when you place your order.  Please select a date and time for delivery. 

Orders of $100.00 or more are eligible for delivery. Store Pick Up will be the only delivery option for orders under $100.*  If your order is $100 or less, it will DEFAULT your order to Store Pickup.
Rates will be:
Metro Area: 0-15 miles from our store: $20.00.
All orders 15 - 30 miles from our store: $35.00.
ALL Saturday deliveries: $50.00

If Shipping UPS:  There is a minimum order of $100 or more to be eligible for shipping services.  If your order is $100 or less, it will DEFAULT your order to Store Pickup.  Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.  We will hold orders at our discretion when the weather is below freezing or too hot (85+ degrees) at the time of shipping   If your order is time sensitive, please e-mail us at weborders@surdyks.com to discuss shipping options.

All out of state orders have a $14 handling charge.

If shipping out of the 30 mile range or out of state, We will estimate your delivery fee plus add additional $3.75 for "Adult Signature Required." You must be 21 or older to sign for delivery.   Shipping charges are based on weight and are estimated for UPS ground shipping.
