All tickets ordered on-line will be available at will-call at the event.  

Pick Up: turnaround time is a minimum of 48 hours; 72 hours during sales. When your order is ready for pick up see a store supervisor.

Delivery: turnaround time is a minimum of 48 hours; 72 hours during sales. Please use the comment section if shipping in the metro area to tell us what day works best for delivery. Out of metro area and out of state please add time to go out UPS Ground.

Delivery Rates: Metro area (15 miles from our store): Minimum order of $100.00, with a $15.00 delivery charge. Orders over $300 within stated metro area receive free delivery. Orders 15 - 30 miles from our store: $25. ALL Saturday deliveries: $35. If shipping out of the metro area or out of state, UPS on-line will estimate your delivery fee plus add additional $2.75 for Adult Signature Required. You must be 21 or older to sign for delivery. All orders have a $7.50 handling charge.

If you order from Surdyk's you are representing to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years old. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.

The title to the wine you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.
