Join us for an exploration of Scotch.  Our goal is to define what makes these mysterious whiskys so alluring.  We'll answer questions about the flavors and their origin... the influence of the barley grain, water, peat, rock, the shape of the still, aging and much more.  The class design is for the beginning level, but all are welcome who want to reconnect and enjoy fine single malts.

This cheese primer will take us around the globe to introduce the types, textures and flavors that make up the most amazing cheeses in the world.  We'll teach you the basics; which rinds are edible, which blues to crumble, the intricacies of different milk types and how best to store cheeses at home.  We'll taste ten different cheeses from countries around the world, accompanied by red and white table wine, that cover the ever expanding scope of artisan cheese.
