Surdyk's is a 4th generation, family-owned business operating in the same Northeast Minneapolis neighborhood for over 80 years. We have a long history of charitable giving in our community.

Surdyk's ask for all donation requests to start the process by filling out this form. The store employees can't take phone calls regarding donation requests. This process helps to us fairly consider each and every one. We prefer communicate with you regarding your request by email, please expect to receive your reply by email and not by phone. If you feel we have missed your request, please send an email to info@surdyks.com.

Surdyk's evaluates donation requests starting with the following guidelines, requests are generally denied otherwise.

Request Submission Deadlines:

The donation request for must be filled out completely and submitted to us no later than 30 days prior to the date of your event.

Organization Focus:

Surdyk's, Inc and the Surdyk family have a long-standing tradition of community involvement. Hundreds of charities have been assisted either outright or in-kind. We are pleased to help when we can.
